Winning International Group has its own fleet management arm, Qingdao Winning International Ship Management Co. Ltd.
The company is staffed with an efficient, reliable, responsible, experienced and professional fleet team. They are led by an excellent management unit and supported by a committed crew of marine safety officers. Among the team are veteran ship captains and highly experienced engineers and maintenance crew who graduated from top nautical colleges. They bring with them many years of seafaring experience.
The companys vessel management department is manned by more than 20 senior professional engineers. They oversee the two technical aspects of the fleet, operational readiness and logistics operations. The company uses Ship Inventory Management System (SIMS) for the day to day management of the fleet. This is an integrated management system using data analytics. Through years of cumulative learning, it has improved its fleet management capabilities and engineering expertise. With this, its fleet of vessels are operated at world-class safety and efficiency standards.
The company supports its crew to achieve certification of seaworthiness from China MSA (China Maritime Safety Administration). To this end, it works towards building a Winning Naval Crew that is hardworking, responsible, highly efficient, veritable iron warriors of the sea.

To achieve this, it commits to providing adequate resources and shore support, all of which are delivered under strict supervision. The crew is regularly updated in developments in safety and environment protection. Their training, together with the fleets increased capabilities, ensure they can journey more safely and on a cleaner ocean.
Through strict implementation of ballast water management (BWM) and sediment management controls, the company seeks to reduce damage to marine life and prevent transmission of diseases which may be detrimental to the health of humans and viability of marine resources. Currently it has two vessels that have already been installed with BWM systems that meet international BWM regulations. There are plans to implement similar systems for its other vessels.
It also commits to reduce sulfur emission to minimize damage to the atmospheric environment. All its vessels are capable of using low-sulfur fuel. In addition, in a move which will bring it to standards even higher than that prescribed, the company plans to install desulfurization towers to further decrease sulfur emissions.
